Refund & Return Policy

Purpose
This policy outlines how GreenLeaf Ingredients handles returns, repairs, replacements and refunds. It applies to all orders placed with us.

Australian Consumer Law
Goods supplied to consumers may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor failures, we may choose to repair or replace the goods. Nothing in this policy limits or affects statutory rights.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns
Because we supply raw ingredients for further processing, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. If you need to cancel or modify an order that has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will assess your request on a case‑by‑case basis. Approved change‑of‑mind returns must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that you believe are defective, damaged during transit or different to what was ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue and photos (if applicable). If the goods are found to be defective or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund the goods, including reasonable shipping costs.

Exclusions and Fair Use
We may refuse returns or reduce the remedy available if goods have been used in a way that contributed to the problem, were stored improperly or were damaged after delivery. We do not provide refunds for goods that have passed their best‑before date due to your delay in use, or for minor variations in colour or texture arising from the natural nature of botanical ingredients.

Process
We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receiving all required information. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For change‑of‑mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping and must provide tracking details.
