Shipping and Delivery

1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed with GreenLeaf Ingredients. We deliver botanical ingredients to manufacturing addresses throughout Australia.

2. Pricing & Shipping Charges
Our prices are quoted on an ex‑delivery basis. They include procurement, international freight and import costs to Australia. Delivery from the arrival port to your nominated address is not included in the product price. When you place an order, we will provide a delivery quote based on your location and order volume. You may accept our quoted delivery service or nominate your own carrier. For large orders we may waive or reduce delivery fees; details will be provided at the time of quoting.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed once payment is received. We arrange dispatch from our overseas suppliers within 2–3 business days of confirming your order. International transit and customs clearance usually take 10–20 business days.

4. Delivery Times
Delivery from the arrival port to your address typically takes:

• Metro areas: 3–5 business days from dispatch. 
• Regional WA and other states: 5–10 business days. 

These timeframes are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather or other factors outside our control may occur. We will notify you of any significant delays but cannot guarantee delivery dates.

5. Risk & Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance and remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to your nominated address. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If you nominate your own carrier, risk passes when the goods are handed to your carrier.

6. Tracking & Delivery Assistance

7. Delays & Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost or delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the latest estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will liaise with the carrier and offer a remedy consistent with your statutory rights.

8. Changes & Address Errors
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If you need to change it after dispatch, additional fees may apply. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Authority to Leave
If you authorise delivery without signature, risk passes to you once the carrier leaves the goods at your address.

10. Updates
We review this policy regularly and may update it from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
